Lees contact adds complexity, but the wine remains fresh, and characteristic of the Goats do Roam style. Color: Pale straw Aroma: Fresh limes and hazelnuts with lanolin. Palate: Subtle oak flavors mingle with mandarin rind and apple flavors. Firm mouthfeel with good acid, and a rich finish. Cellaring: Drink now, or within two years.
