White Wine by Fat Bastard from Languedoc, France. The color is bright and pale with green reflections. The nose is open with blackcurrant aromas and the grassiness that goes so well with Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate the wine is crisp, fresh and vivid, perfect to enjoy on its own or with seafood. Rigorous parcel selection allowed us to produce a new blend that adheres to our highest quality standards. Despite a very hot 2003 vintage we've been able to keep the juice on skin contact in order to get as much fruit character as possible. The fermentation process was maintained at low temperatures (14 to 16 degrees Celsius) and no malolactic fermentation was permitted, to preserve the crisp character of the wine.

White Wine by Pascal Jolivet from Loire, France. Fresh, grassy aromas. Ripe and lush for Sauvignon Blanc as a result of the atypically hot 2003 vintage, but well balanced and quite delicious. Reasonably soft in the mouth, but still endowed with a nice long finish.
