THE BLEND Armand contains a multi-vintage blend of the following grapes at these proportions: 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Menuier. THE BOTTLE 2006 marks the unveiling of Armand de Brignac in the stunning gold bottle originally developed by Cattier for the Andre Courreges fashion house. Cattier's gold bottle also made an appearance at Queen Elizabeth II of England's Golden Jubilee celebration. All labels for each bottle of Armand de Brignac are made of real pewter, polished and applied by hand. Each bottle is packaged in a black embroidered velvet bag, which completes a package that speaks to the quality of the Armand de Brignac Champagne and the care taken with each step of its realization.

Non-Vintage by Banfi from Piedmont, Italy. Rosa Regale is a unique red sparkling wine. Aromatic with a hint of rose petals and raspberries, Rosa Regale is delightfully vivacious and festive. Its charms extend across a palette of occasions and food pairings, from savory to sweet. On its own, Rosa Regale is an elegant aperitif. Its fruity character beguiles the heat of spicy Asian and Latino fare, and its gentle acidity is an ideal foil to the piquant richness of goat cheese. Quiches, glazed hams, beets, vichyssoise, gazpacho and chowders, all traditionally challenging wine matches, are enchanted by Rosa Regale. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, trifles and hazelnut tortes are also elevated by this frothy wine.

Non-Vintage by Bellavista from Italian, Italy. This is a brilliant wine from winemaker Mattia Bezzola. The reference point for brilliantly pure, elegant, Italian sparkling wine, this offering can stand up to the finest Champagnes. This prestigious estate, created in the seventies by proprietor Vittorio Moretti, continues to fashion a bevy of dazzling sparklers. -Wine Advocate Of all the Bellavista wines, Brut Cuvee best represents the characteristic qualities of Franciacorta. Its balance derives from the blending of at least thirty selections. The addition of some older wines, with their distinctive perfumes and flavours, confers consistency to the taste, plus roundness and finesse. The grapes used are 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero. The mousse is white, lively and persistent, the bubbles small and long-lasting. The colour is light yellow with hints of green. The perfume is full, inviting, rich in ripe fruits, chlorophyll and vanilla; these perfumes are fully reflected in the taste, and are echoed in the aftertaste.

Non-Vintage by Bollinger from Champagne, France - regions. The denomination Special Cuvee was created in 1911. The idea came from William Folks, then partner of the illustrious London House of Mentzendorff. This great wine lover felt it was an insult to simply call this great wine non vintage. The suggestion of naming it Special Cuvee was immediately approved by Monsieur Bollinger. A blend par excellence, the Special Cuvee is the purest expression of the Bollinger style; of its craftsmanship and its singular conception of what a champagne should be. It is, therefore, on this wine that the House of Bollinger shows how it is different from other Champagne Houses, asserts its qualitative policy and by which it asks to be judged.

Non-Vintage by Bouvet from French, France - regions. Bouvet Brut is produced from grapes grown on the chalky limestone slopes of Saumur and adjacent appellations. Light, dry and finely-fruited, with a delicate sparkle, it is refreshing and crisp on the palate.

Non-Vintage by Charles Heidsieck from Champagne, France - regions. Experience a fully developed wine, with a radiant bouquet that is captivating yet subtle. Although notes of fully ripe fruit, such as nectarines and cherry plums, are apparent initially, the finish reveals the wealth of the gourmet world, hinting at nougat, honey and cereal grains. Non-Vintage by Delamotte from Champagne, France - regions. The Delamotte Brut is a fine wine that is powerful but not aggressive, with an agreeable freshness, supple roundness on the palate and a clean and fruity finish. Pleasant, well-balanced, with a light golden color, this wine is mature and ready to drink immediately. The bouquet has a hint of citrus, white flowers and lemon peel. The Brut is delicious as an aperitif, and equally delightful with a fruit dessert.

Non-Vintage by Domaine Chandon from Carneros, California. This Carneros-designated Blanc de Noirs has a delicate copper color and fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry overlaid with warm cocoa from Pinot Noir. Its softer cousin Pinot Meunier contributes a warm spice, almost clove character with overtones of orange peel and freshly baked bread. To enhance this Cuvee 391, wines from the 1991 vintage were blended with selected 'vin de reserve' held back from previous years. 1991 was characterized by cool conditions during maturation and harvest, critical to flavor development for sparkling wine. Three years of aging lends this wine breadth and body, while retaining its freshness and fruitiness. The balance is stylishly crisp, reflecting the Carneros region's full ripe flavors. Light gold hue. Forward apple and ginger scents show a defined earthiness. Creamy flavors of orange, butternut, pecan and vanilla. Long close is round and smooth. -Wine News

Non-Vintage by Domaine Chandon from California. This wine offers the balance and elegance that has become Chandon's hallmark style. When you taste Brut Classic, look for nutty flavors with hints of brioche that build to a refreshing dry finish. Non-Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. This elegant wine is dry to medium dry. Pear and pineapple aromas leap out of this sparkler while flavors of crisp green apple are lively on the palate. An appealing toasty, coconut finish completes this classic wine. Blanc de Blancs is made primarily from Chardonnay and has essentially the same fruit profile. Non-Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. This Cuvee Brut is elegantly delicate and balanced with a crisp methode champenois character. Although ideally lean and sophisticated, there is plenty of structure and excellent viscosity for a satisfying mouthfeel. A persistent column of tiny beading, plus marked hints of strawberry and toast make this sparkler absolutely irresistible.

Non-Vintage by Freixenet from Spain. Aged in the bottle for approximately three years, the Cordon Negro Extra Dry is less austere than the Brut. Delicate and clean, it features a mellow, balanced flavor. Excellent as an aperitif.
