Ros? by Laurent-Perrier from Champagne, France - regions. The best selling rose Champagne in the world, Laurent-Perrier is one of the few roses still made by the saignee method. To emphasize this traditional technique, the Champagne is bottled in an embossed bottle that is a reproduction of those used in the late 17th century. This salmon-pink rose Champagne is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the winemaking. Made with 100% pinot noir using skin contact, also known as the saignee method, Laurent-Perrier's know-how and attention to quality produces a finely crafted rose with both depth and freshness. It has become the benchmark for rose Champagne around the world. Bright, fresh and intense, with notes of raspberries, strawberries and black cherries.

Non-Vintage by Laurent-Perrier from Champagne, France. This truly unique Champagne is made without the addition of any sugar (dosage). In the 19th Century, Laurent-Perrier was well known for our Grand Vin sans Sucre and is now one of the last Champagne houses to still produce a Champagne of this type. The grapes selected for this wine have a natural acid/sugar balance, so even when fermented to complete dryness no dosage is required. The wine ages on its lees for at least four years and upon disgorging is topped off with wine from the same cuvee. No sugar whatsoever is added to Laurent-Perrier Ultra-Brut at any time. An incredibly versatile Champagne, L-P Ultra-Brut matches well with everything from fresh goat cheese to sushi. The classic and unparalleled food pairing is with oysters. Appearance: Lipid, bright yellow with a fine bead. Nose: Intense and forward, with citrus and honeysuckle notes and a unique mineral component, oftentimes likened to a fresh sea breeze. Taste: Surprising depth and power with a purity and concentration of flavor all its own. Amazingly well balanced and absolutely bone dry. 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir

Vintage by Nicolas Feuillatte from Champagne, France - regions. The cuvees of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte are blended from wines grown in more than 500 hectares of exclusively Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards located throughout Champagne. Each vineyard and each varietal Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier is vinified separately to allow absolute precision in the final blends of each Champagne. There is a minimum aging of 3 years. Respecting grape varieties, the Cuvee Speciale Brut Vintage 1999 emphasises the delicacy of the Chardonnay which accounts for 60% of the blend. The right proportion of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier give it balance and homogeneity. Pale gold color, generous effervescence. The first notes of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit) mixed with floral aromas of may blossom and physalis make the first nose tonic and fresh. Then, in turn, honey, gingerbread and Virginia tobacco reveal aromas which are more suave and gourmand. Vivaciousness and delicacy characterise the citrus fruit bouquet which develops harmoniously to give good balance on the palate.
