Non-Vintage by Laurent-Perrier from Champagne, France. This truly unique Champagne is made without the addition of any sugar (dosage). In the 19th Century, Laurent-Perrier was well known for our Grand Vin sans Sucre and is now one of the last Champagne houses to still produce a Champagne of this type. The grapes selected for this wine have a natural acid/sugar balance, so even when fermented to complete dryness no dosage is required. The wine ages on its lees for at least four years and upon disgorging is topped off with wine from the same cuvee. No sugar whatsoever is added to Laurent-Perrier Ultra-Brut at any time. A dry, versatile sparkling wine, Lindauer is produced in the traditional way, using predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines which are assembled into a cuvee. This cuvee then spends 12 to 18 months undergoing secondary fermentation and maturation.

The whole cluster grapes are directly pressed in a pneumatic press with a long and soft pressing, hence the coral/ light pink salmon color. Cremant Rose is made by the Champagne Methode. Non-Vintage by Marquis de la Tour from Loire, France - regions. Opens with a bouquet of apple cider. A nice mousse, crispness, and an apple, bready, creamy palate with nuances of citrus and nuts and a bit of astringency leads to a finish which is broader than long. There's a lot of freshly baked bread aromas in this delightful bubbly, along with peach pie and even apricot. This is an intense wine, dry and scouring and the crisp tartness follows through on the finish.

Today, the celebrated Champagne House creates a new demi-sec named Joyesse which means To exist in joy and is intended to provide a transcending experience. Crafted by dynamic young Winemaker Dominique Demarville, each glass of Joyesse is infused with Mumm's long-standing passion for terroir, advanced winemaking techniques and a meticulous approach to blending. The cuvee is a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, of which one quarter are reserve wines. Pinot Meunier from Vallee de la Marne impart a fruitiness while the addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, as well as the reserve wines, contribute a pleasing complexity. At disgorgement, a special liqueur d' expedition of aged wines is infused with 44 grams of sugar per liter to add further complexity, smoothness and richness. The cuvees of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte are blended from wines grown in more than 500 hectares of exclusively Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards located throughout Champagne. There is a minimum aging of 3 years. Respecting grape varieties, the Cuvee Speciale Brut Vintage 1999 emphasises the delicacy of the Chardonnay which accounts for 60% of the blend. The right proportion of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier give it balance and homogeneity. Pale gold color, generous effervescence. The first notes of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit) mixed with floral aromas of may blossom and physalis make the first nose tonic and fresh. Then, in turn, honey, gingerbread and Virginia tobacco reveal aromas which are more suave and gourmand. Vivaciousness and delicacy characterise the citrus fruit bouquet which develops harmoniously to give good balance on the palate.
